StArt took place as part of the group exhibition Made in Thessaloniki #3, which was organised by the city's free press magazine, Parallaxi. It was an installation of three-dimensional letters, made of plexiglass, which lit up internally with LEDs set to alternate between the words start, art and StArt.
A play on words that takes on a life of its own. A reminder that when everything stops, stagnates, fades, a song, an image, a poem, a film, a book, the object of desire can become the cause of a new beginning, a spark, a light that illuminates the next step. The most appropriate place to exhibit StArt was a bar, surrounded by youth, music, sound, noise. It is now in a private collection.
