Hotel Olympia, "H2O" Restaurant | 2009

The Hotel Olympia is a historic hotel in the centre of Thessaloniki. It first opened its doors in 1932 as the “OLYMPIA” baths. Today, fully renovated, it has metamorphosed into a metropolitan boutique hotel continuing the tradition of quality hospitality.
Hotel Olympia’s restaurant was named H2O (Hydrogen-Two-Oxygen), a reminder of the historical “OLYMPIA” baths and reference to the sea, feature of the city. Designs were created for the place mats and menus. Water and the sea gave the idea for the cover design. A surrealist composition for a special kitchen. Brochures to promote dining there to the local market were also designed.
