Branding, Logo and Identity Design
Ω2 (Omega 2) is a model musical workshop for children aged 1 to 14. Its programmes, oriented towards new ideas and experimentation, accompany the children on their first identifiable steps in music, theatre and cinema through play and fun, with the aim of both socializing and entertaining them.
Ω2 has grown and is moving to a new building which will have space for all the team’s new ideas. The plans for the relaunch include rebranding: a brand new visual identity for the workshop will successfully communicate what it is all about.
The new visual identity takes as its starting point, but is not restricted by the logo. The new Ω2 symbol is composed of circles and straight lines, phenomenally simple but very powerful, and will be included in playful illustrations addressed to children and adults as well as deconstructed, with the resulting new structural elements creating themes for parents and friends of the workshop. In practice the line between these two is blurred and in all its guises on merchandise it will amount to one visual system that reflects the workshop’s environment. It all shouts ground-breaking creative fun!
